LIGHT COMMERCIAL   $105 DOLLARS PER HOUR     1 HR  minimum
 
                        note :  Light commercial Includes 4 unit and up properties
          
              Normal business hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday through Friday
                           Rates will increase 1.5 times after normal business hours
